Kenneth explained how, after being introduced to MGI Worldwide by a Singapore-based member at the time, the firm was inspired to join the international association for the significant opportunities to network and participate in sharing experience and knowledge within the audit, tax and accounting industry. Kenneth highlights how valuable these aspects were for furthering the firm within the profession.
40 of years of evolution within the audit, tax and accounting business
With his long-standing experience within the industry, Kenneth gave an insight into the changes that he has witnessed over the years. Now recognised as one of the world’s largest financial centres, Hong Kong has welcomed many Chinese and foreign entities who have opened Hong Kong-based offices. Commenting on this evolution, Kenneth stated that “Hong Kong has gradually changed from being a local manufacturing industry to a worldwide first-class financial hub. Kenneth concluded that Hong Kong’s return to China is a significant opportunity, as Hong Kong is now linked with the world’s second financial power centre.
